The Solar-Scooter Sport is driven by a brush free hub wheel engine with a nominal power of 4000 Watt (64 Volt), this engine is fed by a LiFeP04 battery manufactured by Thundersky. Thundersky-Batteries excell by an excellent cycle stability of 1.500 charging cycles. The scope of delivery includes a charger with 10A charging current. A full charge requires approx. 4 hours.
Since this BMS (Battery-Management-System) has not been automatically integrated in the previous Solar-Scooter Sport Model SCP 3540, we offer our customers an upgrade at 300 € per set (for self-installation). The installation can be done by lays without any restrictions. (detailed instructions are included) Of course you may also ask your local Solar Mobil Dealer to do the installation for you.
The Solar Scooter Sport has a battery size of 40 AH and a reach of 50 km at top speed.
If you use the Eco mode, which means a top speed of 45 km/h, the reach increases to 100 km.
The Solar-Scooter Sport is classified in the 125 class and is delivered inclusive COC documents (EU operating licence Typeclass L3E).
